It has indeed been a while since I added to this! So I am very grateful to be doing so now and with such exciting news! I have been asked to teach at a beautiful retreat centre in the hills of Sicily in June, which I am very much looking forward to. There will be delicious food, beach trips and gorgeous yoga and meditation taught amongst the trees on a special yoga platform in the Sicilian hills. It will be a beautifully powerful opportunity to reset your life and intentions, near the time of the Summer Solstice. I very much hope that some of you will join me there!
