On Friday I will be making my way over to the Mind, Body and Soul Exhibition at Earl's Court www.mindbodyspirit.co.uk. Rivkah Parker, one of my teachers for both Yoga and also my teacher of Kirtan (she taught me to chant in Sanskrit and play my harmonium, which I now love), will be there launching her CD and Kirtan Band. I am very much looking forward to hearing her beautiful, beautiful voice. She will be playing at 1pm, so do join me if you are around. I am also going to enjoy the other interesting events that will be happening, as well as looking at all the stalls. It is on all weekend so do pop along if you don't get the chance on Friday.
On Saturday I am off to meet Deborah Donnelly of Healing Hands On in Hexham. Deborah is known for her wonderful love of people and beautiful healing energy. I look forward to not only experiencing her energies, but also the possibility of taking on some Reiki work at Hands On, which is as its' name suggests is a place of healing as well as beauty.
I am very excited to say that from the 17th May I will be a teaching a 60-90 minute class at Manuka on New King's Road in Parsons Green. Manuka has a really warm and lovely studio where we can really delve deep into the Yogic practise. I will be teaching a dynamic and fun class with really good tunes to make us feel as though we are in the sun! The class will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated. Please do come and join me, spaces are limited to 8 people, so book in advance either through myself via email or phone. £16 per class for a drop in or £14 when you book a course of 4. Take a look at the Manuka studio online at Manukalife.com.
